Tourist tax (€ 1.50 p.p.p.n.) is not included in the price. If you are a resident of Cranendonck, you don't have to pay tourist tax.
In the event of cancellation, the contracting party pays a compensation to the entrepreneur.
This amounts to:
- in the event of a cancellation more than twelve months before the commencement date, 10% of the agreed price;
- in the event of cancellation within twelve to six months before the commencement date, 30% of the agreed price;
- in the event of cancellation within four to six months before the commencement date, 70% of the agreed price;
- in the event of cancellation within two to four months before the commencement date, 80% of the agreed price;
- in the event of cancellation within two months before the commencement date, 95% of the agreed price;
- in the event of cancellation on or after the day of the commencement date, 100% of the agreed price.

Our accommodation in Budel consists of 5 modern and luxurious suites, each with its own colour scheme and layout. La Marquise accommodations offer a sleek, trendy and tasteful design, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Take advantage of our free wireless internet and finish off some work at the desk. Naturally, you can also watch a programme on the flat screen TV right from your decadent bed, or daydream over a view of the swimming pond. Guests enjoy our luxurious little hotel in a green setting with excellent facilities!

No, pets are not allowed in the entire accommodation.
Yes, you will be online your entire stay. Wi-Fi is available in the entire accommodation and is included in the service charges. Please note that we use a fair use policy, for regular personal use.
We have our maintenance man at hand for all things that need to be fixed in your room or the communal areas. Should you have a problem with anything in your room they will fix it as soon as possible. Repairs are free of charge, assuming normal and responsible use. Should this not be the case we will need to charge you for compensation of possible damages.
You have to leave the accommodation before 11:00 am on the day of departure. When you check in, the hostess will agree with you where to hand in the keys.

We do our best to make you feel like home. Where possible we offer little extras in addition to all the standard perks to make a stay at La Marquise even more comfortable and enjoyable. For example: bycicle rental. Most of our services can be added to your booking online. If there’s anything we haven’t thought of yet, let us know and we will add it.
On arrival, the accommodation is wonderfully clean and fresh. During your stay there will be no cleaning, but you can use our cleaning products, such as the vacuum cleaner, mop or broom.
We have a covered bike parking with a charging point for electric bicycles. It is free for residents.

Our suites feature standard facilities and set-up. Our suites and bathrooms are spacious, but they are not specifically designed for accessibility. The lower floor is accessible via a lift. If you have accessibility questions, please call us at tel. 0495-496470.
Our suites are spacious. It is possible to have a baby cot and/or an extra child’s bed added. When your children are sleeping you can make use of the lounge room, minibar and coffee and tea facilities. You can use this spot to read a book or watch television. Its distance from the suites is minimal and ideal for using (your own) baby monitor. We also have a microwave to warm baby food.
Yes, the booking is final immediately. You will receive an email confirmation.
No, pets are not permitted in our accommodations.
You can book the accommodation at any time. There is no deadline so long as the accommodation is available during the period you wish to book.
